- With limited wifi and electronics, we went old school and played card games at night – the girls played Queen Bitch (a mixture of two games I already knew – Big 2 and President), while the boys gambled with toothpicks
- Spending the morning at the Mekong Delta floating markets
- Selling drinks, pho, fruit, salt, rice, etc. – all on a boat!
- They tie up their boat to yours for the exchange, and once the transaction is complete, they untie and continue onwards
